Customers of the company are increasingly confident about business prospects and more outsourcing is the result. The company therefore is responding by recruiting 4 extra PhD qualified synthetic organic chemists. The company is looking for recently qualified PhD chemists to undertake a range of duties from research, process development, custom synthesis, scale up, GMP synthesis and other related duties. Chemists must be outgoing, able to communicate with customers and able to take initiative. Organic synthesis is the mainstay of the business and chemists must be able to ‘make molecules!’
