Maria called Samantha and told her she had ran the registry scan and fixed her registry problems. She told Samantha that she had also freed up space for her Ram. However, Maria was still continuing to have pc freezing problems. Samantha told Maria she should run an antivirus scan to be sure she does not have a virus on her computer. She also told Maria that sometimes the problem can be caused by spyware. Samantha told Maria that when she visits websites there are a lot of vicious programs that can get downloaded when she clicks on a link and can harm her computer.
