Balance Your Workout
If you are not happy about the way you look and feel then do something about. If you exercise for 1 hour every day, just that will make a tremendous difference in how you feel and how you look. You have to choose the right workout program for you though. If you want to workout for weight loss, then you will be using weight training and also doing cardio. Finding the balance between the 2 will be the key to success here. If you want to add more lean muscle to your body then you will want to limit you cardio.
