Hold Your Head Up

Getting inside of your own head will get you out of a training rut if you meditate on the right things.  Everyone feels down from time to time.  Just dont make it all the time.  A reason for this amy be that your training results have slowed down and you cant figure out why.When your building muscle it will take patience and consistancy.  Get your head up by doing things like finding an insperational verse from a movie or book and meditating on it before you workout.  I like to listen to music before and during a workout to get my head right.
