If you only compare price you will find that you might get a giant package of balloons that are made of low quality latex, or an item that you thought was a lifelike rubber chicken that barely looks like a chicken. Make sure that you compare apples to apples so to speak. Also, many of the large discount party supply stores will sell some basic supplies at less than cost to lure you in, but then have higher prices on their larger ticket items.
Quality is a key factor when shopping for party supplies. However, it does greatly depend on the party you are throwing. Many of these supplies are going to be used only one time and then thrown away. So weigh in the cost vs the life of the product and the importance of the event.Service is not something to overlook when shopping online. What if you have a problem with your order? Are they going to fix it in time for your party? What if they send you the wrong color for your Christmas party? Orange and Red just aren’t the same as Red and Green.
