Training To Bring in the Big Numbers
The business that I work for is all about the numbers. We would like to think that it has to do with more than just that. But we would just be kidding ourselves if we really thought that. However, one of the new things that the boss brought in just recently is an initiative to grow our business even more. However, using the employees we currently have and giving them instrumentation training to take us to that next place. This is much better than hiring all new people for the new jobs. This usually means a lot of firing happening.
