Getting a Properly Conditioned Core with MMA Core Strength Training Exercises
Ever since he got involved in mixed martial arts a few months ago, I have noticed that my husband has been changing up his workout routine. Instead of doing his usual routine which consisted of cardio and weights, he has been taking part in all kinds of different exercises such as mma core strength training. When I asked him about the change, he told me how important it is for mma fighters to have a properly conditioned core and that this is what he was trying to achieve with all of the new exercises that he has been doing lately.
