Running 5 Miles

My aunt is an avid runner. She runs at least five miles every single day. She tells me it is her one time of day that is completely hers. When I asked her how she got started she said she just started by listening to 5k training tapes. I hadn’t heard of such a thing. She said they have versions now that can be downloaded to an ipod and she still listens to it as she runs. She is a great example to me of someone that went from being pretty sedentary, to a strong athlete. She has just completed a 15 mile marathon in less than four hours.
